- Document the project charter and define a plan to achieve the business objectives with input from Product Manager, Product Owners, Systems leads, and stakeholders.
- Complete Impact Assessments on projects to ensure stakeholders are identified.
- Ensure project covers SDLC required tasks including compliance reviews, test planning, release planning.
- Accountable for the Business Test strategy and Test plan
- Support BAs with documentation and related approvals
- Manage the budget at the project level. Ensure accurate reporting of budget estimates / actuals hours.
- Create and maintain project plan and timeline through all phases.
- Manage RAID, update project status, ensure resources are allocated to execute, escalate when needed.
- Coordinate production turnover and implementation activities with Systems PM, ICS, and stakeholders
- Run weekly project meetings with all stakeholders, produce and maintain project status reporting/dashboards.
- Agile, kanban or scrum experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Qtest desired.
- Intellectually curious
- Proactively manage projects independently
- 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of project management experience
- Financial services / data management experience is a nice to have.
