We have a great opportunity for a Sales/Project Manager position based from our Tampa, FL headquarters. The Company's focus is on offering its catalog of material and services for large-scale new construction projects throughout the country; multi-family, residential, senior living, commercial, and government work.

Compensation: Base of $50,000, commission will exceed $150,000 annually

CQ Insulation is part of the Installed Building Products family; NYSE ($IBP).
This person will be responsible for:
· Developing new & advancing existing customer relationships with General Contractors & Developers,
· Entertaining customers alongside the Sales/Development team,
· Reviewing footage, material & labor costs, & pricing for large commercial construction projects,
· Using proprietary software to generate detailed job specific proposals,
· Communicating with customers for bidding & production, as needed
· Participating in sales meetings & jobsite meetings with various size groups (both customer & representatives),
· Traveling, mostly air, overnight to SE and or NE USA; 2-3x/month
· Managing confidential matters related to customers, pricing & programs in a professional manner,
· Working independently to make high value decisions related to marketing & pricing decisions.
