- Assisting in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates, formal Basis of Estimates (BOE's), and related Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOW) for new and continuing efforts
- Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and baseline execution plans
- Liaison with GS Center of Excellence (COE) functional leads and subcontractors, and assist in the collection, evaluation, and integration of ILS project/product execution status
- Assisting in the identification, collection, and evaluation of engineering, program, and vendor source data necessary to support ILS product development, including coordination efforts to address shortfalls.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other ILS deliveries and services
- Monitoring adherence to GS and program processes and procedures for product development and services
- Collecting metrics and preparing progress reports, briefings, and inputs to formal reviews regarding GS efforts
- Perform the functions of a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction in meeting program objectives
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.
The selected candidate will serve as a deputy Logistics Project Manager (LPM) for the Global Sustainment (GS) organization within the Radar and Sensor Systems (RSS) market segment.
They will assist in directing the efforts of a GS team that includes Program Integration (PI), Center of Excellence (COE) and subcontractor personnel.
The deputy LPM will work closely with the Logistics Project Manager (LPM), Program Management Office (PMO), finance, planning, sourcing (subcontracts management) and engineering personnel as part of a cross-functional program team.
They will assist the LPM in ensuring Sustainment products and services are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
Initial assignment of this position will be as deputy LPM for the Army Radars submarket.Key tasks and responsibilities include:
o ILS product development (e.g. training, technical publications, provisioning, etc...)o ILS-related tools and technologieso Sustainment Services (e.g. maintenance & modernization, depot operations, performance-based logistics, obsolescence management)

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500 .

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000.
