In this role, you will be responsible for the development and launch of products, communication with customers regarding project status and requirements, and leading interdisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a leading company in high-speed data transmission and digitalization solutions for the automotive industry in Lawrence, PA.

Your tasks:

Development and definition of products.
Guiding product development from idea to series production and supporting the sales team in product launch.
Communication with customers regarding project status and feedback (both internally and externally).
Leading product development projects.
Applying agile project management methods.
Expertise in the field of semiconductors and knowledge of the semiconductor development process.
Implementation of functional safety according to ISO in collaboration with the functional safety manager).
Overview of product development and project management across all departments (digital design, chip design, backend and layout external company , quality department, logistics and sales).
Direct reporting to the management.
Managing the increasing complexity of projects due to growth.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
Good knowledge of agile project management.
Expertise in semiconductor development and ISO 26262 is advantageous.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
