We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) "Recruitment of Nursing Staff from Abroad" for the Euskirchen district in the Department 50 - Social Affairs - full-time and initially limited to three years.

The Euskirchen district is facing the challenge of an aging society and increasing demand for nursing care. At the same time, the number of professional caregivers working in outpatient and inpatient care is decreasing. The potential for training is currently not enough to fill open positions. The challenges of the nursing staff shortage are already significant. The demographic change will further exacerbate this effect.

In order to ensure the stability of nursing care and service structures in the Euskirchen district, it is necessary to counteract this trend and aim for sustainable recruitment and retention of nursing staff.
