    Description

    All in Bits Inc is seeking a well-rounded Associate General Counsel with a collaborative attitude and strong interest in Web3's ability to advance transparency, security, and user empowerment.

    You will be working closely with the General Counsel and Corporate Paralegal to build out a strong and efficient legal department in an active startup environment.

    You should be confident in your craft, but also humble as a lifelong learner and servant leader.

    This role will have generalist responsibilities as well as own specific areas such as marketing, grants programs, and complex transactions.

    Review, draft and negotiate various types of commercial agreements
    Support the internal Marketing team and advise on marketing strategies and materials
    Work with the grants teams to further develop and refine grants programs
    Support the development of internal policies and procedures
    Help build out legal department infrastructure for efficient cross functional collaboration
    Other projects as needed
    A good command of the English language
    ~ Experience in the blockchain/crypto/Web3 space, with a special focus on contracts
