- Perform ongoing investment guideline review and reporting for a variety of equity accounts, including separately managed institutional portfolios and mutual funds.
- Monitor and review automated exception reports.
- Prepare client guideline certifications on a regular basis and as needed.
- Liaise with equity trading desks to research and resolve client guideline questions and issues.
- Perform periodic audits of policies and procedures.
- Maintain and enhance policies and procedures manuals as warranted.
- Provide backup for compliance staff.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytic and organizational skills with good attention to detail; able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management
- 1-2 years of related experience; experience in asset management or investment management industry a plus
- Working knowledge of Charles River IMS Compliance Monitoring and Management system a plus
