    Description

    We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our expanding hedge fund team as a Compliance Analyst. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Principals and the business operations squad, assisting in various aspects of firm compliance. The perfect candidate will have prior experience in compliance and a background of a similar role in another investment firm.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with the CCO on all RIA and Fund compliance obligations and tasks
    • Reviewing all company communications with investors and prospects, adhering to the latest SEC Marketing regulations
    • Assisting in regulatory filings for our Funds and RIA entities
    • Managing all documentation related to firm relationships with counterparties, broker dealers, and prime brokers
    • Supervising the firm's Code of Conduct and personal trading mandates for employees
    • Directing all firm proxy voting operations
    • Working alongside the Investment Team to oversee and shadow research meetings

    Requirements:

    • 2-6 years of experience in a hedge fund or asset management firm
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • Previous involvement in investment management industry compliance
    • Familiarity with Hedge Funds or Private Investment Funds
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Compliance Management Systems is a plus
