The Crown Is Yours
As a Compliance Analyst, you will enhance foundational risk management practices and drive efficiencies across Corporate Compliance through automation, tooling, and scalable workflows.
In this role, you will use your communication skills and compliance knowledge to provide day-to-day and project-based support to teams across the organization, playing a key role in overall business growth.
What you'll do as a Compliance AnalystProvide program support to key areas within the Corporate Compliance function, such as Governance Program and Compliance Training.
Develop and maintain compliance program documentation, issue management, employee training, business analysis, and reporting.
Support the Global Compliance & Risk team with expansion, maintenance and enhancements to the enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and other tooling.
Understand the processes and procedures utilized by DraftKings to comply with applicable laws and regulations.Engage with cross-functional partners throughout the business to evaluate risks, and develop innovative mitigation strategies and approaches to problem solving.
What you'll bringAt least 3 years of experience working in a compliance, audit, or risk management role.
Ability to quickly solve problems, articulate risk-based recommendations, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
