E-Commerce's Governance Platform is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators.
We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of risk control systems.
Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to identify and prioritize fraud detection and prevention initiatives.
Evaluate existing risk control processes and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Define the long-term technical roadmap for the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on risk control or anti-fraud solutions.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerce industry.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
