The ADE Engineering team is searching for a dynamic, creative, and hardworking individual to plan, lead and drive deliverables of engineering projects for our next generation wafer metrology system development.
The successful candidate will lead both the technical team and the project.As the project head, you must possess a strong sense of purpose and be driven to continually improve self, others, and the way of doing things.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and actively manage the product development schedule to optimize performance, feature content, cost, and schedule.
Collaborate with the program manager, engineering functions, service and manufacturing organizations to successfully transfer new products and meet requirements for production ramping.
Orient the development team by adapting schedule, evaluating priorities, and communicating changes through regular meetings.
Develop employees via thoughtful mentoring and playing to strengths.

Requirements:
Doctorate or work experience of 6 years, master's Level Degree or work experience of 7 years, bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 8 years.
2 or more years of proven successful project management track record.Experience with system engineering development of complex semiconductor metrology system, related sub-system including optomechanical, mechatronics, software, is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge and experience with interferometry system, related modules including optics, laser, camera, sensors, is highly desirable.
Strong command of general physics, math and basic computational skills are also highly desirable.
About 5% global travel will be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate or work experience of 6 years, master's Level Degree or work experience of 7 years, bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 8 years.
