    Job Description
    Develop and implement tailored Project Control concepts for data center construction, ensuring precise cost and document control. Establish and communicate effective processes for control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Drive major project control milestones, including cash flow, monthly pay applications, schedule management, and final accounts. Manage commercial activities with GC and key sub-contractors, overseeing day-to-day project control. Support change control processes, manage ongoing issue tracking, and provide priority-driven commercial issue reporting. Collaborate with Scheduler on schedule progress reports and analysis. Assist in review, development, issuance, and evaluation of subcontract change orders. Maintain and control budgets, providing detailed cost reporting updates. Identify and evaluate potential changes, review contractor invoices, and coordinate implementation plans. Present cost analysis results to clients, ensuring alignment with governance and objectives. Define work scope, prepare schedules, and budgets for various-sized projects. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, speed, and effectiveness.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in construction/project/cost management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs; Primavera P6 knowledge is advantageous. Minimum 10 years relevant cost control experience in data centers, hi-tech and similar large construction. Strong analytical skills. Adaptable to client-specific collaborative delivery models. Effective communication with senior management. Creative problem-solving for bespoke solutions. Ability to work fast and agile. Ability to work independently and in a team, taking ownership. Strong organizational skills for concurrent activities. Comfortable overseeing the project lifecycle form design through to final accounts. Basic understanding of variance analysis. Experience with administration, resource planning, and strong aptitude for learning client's specific tools and systems. In-depth expertise in cost estimates and planning. Contract management experience, with the ability to determine the validity of commercial claims.
