    Job Title:
    Senior Accountant - Capital Accounting (Hybrid Role)

    Location:

    1501 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431, United States


    Competencies:
    This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in the following areas:

    Accountability & Drive for Results:
    Demonstrated customer focus and collaborative skills.

    Change Agent:
    Proven ability to embrace and successfully drive/implement change.

    Functional/Technical Skills:
    Strong knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 360 and ASC 350.

    Process Optimization Focused:
    Visionary with the ability to balance practical solutions.

    Team Player:
    Comfortable operating within a dynamic, complex organizational structure.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
    Master's degree in business administration or CPA Certification (preferred).

    Experience

    5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
    Experience with capital accounting guidance under ASC 360 and ASC 350 (preferred).
    Familiarity with lease accounting guidance under ASC 842 (preferred).
    Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
    Systems background with the ability to work independently.
    Good oral and written communication skills.
    Experience in a medium to large corporate environment.
    Understanding and application of accounting concepts.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel (strong plus).
    Ability to thrive and respond in a fast-paced environment.
    Analytical thinking skills.
    Experience with ERP ledgers systems (Oracle, Baan, SAP, JDE) preferred.


    Working Arrangement:
    Hybrid Role - A combination of remote and on-site work as agreed upon with the team.
