We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Senior Accountant at , you will play a crucial role in the month-end close process and perform a diverse range of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial statements.
Oversee and analyze general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline accounting operations.
Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as needed.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.
Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting or finance roles, with a strong focus on month-end close activities.
Audit experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or within an internal audit function.
Deep knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide valuable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
