    WHAT YOU WILL DO:


    Support the Company's external financial reporting process, including the preparation of external financial statements and disclosures as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Form 10-Q's, Form 10-K's, and Form 8-K's).Support the year-end financial audit process with external auditors.

    Support SOX compliance and assist in the coordination of the annual audit and quarterly review activities with the external auditors.

    Prepare workpapers supporting filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission that are complete and accurate.

    Assist in the review of XBRL taxonomy for the Company's Form 10-Q and 10-K.Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting deadlines.

    Monitor and remain informed on new and proposed accounting and regulatory developments and evaluate their potential effect on the Company and its financial statements, including but not limited to items issued by the FASB, SEC and PCAOB.Assist with month-end close and other operational accounting processes (lease, share-based compensation, and debt accounting), including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and related schedules.

    Work cross-functionally with company departments and external partners.

    Support a continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and helping to suggest areas of improvement to facilitate a more efficient SEC and financial reporting process.

    Support ad-hoc activities, special projects and reporting requirements as assigned.


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or relevant corporate accounting experience preferred).CPA or Master's Degree desirable.

    Strong interpersonal skills and consistent follow through on assigned tasks.
    Experience with financial accounting systems (Intacct helpful).Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required.
    Excels working in a start-up, fast-paced environment; change ready.
    Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner.
    Readiness to embrace and drive process improvements/efficiencies.
