    Receptionist

    Job Description: You will report to the Executive Director of the Green Shoe Foundation and will interact with senior management of the company. Your chief responsibility will be to support the staff and participants of the Green Shoe Foundation.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
    • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
    • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
    • Maintains client confidentiality
    • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
    • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Take inventory of supplies and weekly supply orders
    • Maintain the general office filing system
    • Coordinate office activities
    • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
    • Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
    • Confirm appointments and coordinate schedules
    • Completes all duties in a professional and timely manner.
    • Be familiar with all Green Shoe Foundation staff members, programs and properties.
    • Travel occasionally and at Company expense
    • Assume other responsibilities as warranted and assigned to you as the Green Shoe Foundation grows in capacity.
    Receptionist
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates Degree or 60 undergraduate hours in the Social Sciences preferred
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong phone skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Punctual with strong attendance history
