**Description**

R3 Safety, a division of Bunzl, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Fairfield, OH, office. The Customer Service Representative will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. This position will serve as a liaison between the sales staff and the customer.

***Responsibilities:***

Answer customer inquiries

Enter and successfully process orders daily)

Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution

Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service

Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments to provide product pricing and product research

Produce monthly order guides

Expedite orders as required

Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

***Requirements:***

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience with AS400 operating system a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in distribution industry is preferred

Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills

Excellent customer service skills
