Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Daily Focus:
Member Experience, Products and Services

  • Actively recognize member needs and make referrals that may be of benefit to them
  • Give your best every day to provide topnotch service
Dependability and Professionality

  • Have the desire to learn new things and be an ambassador for CU products and services
  • Consistently utilizes professional and friendly communication to members and staff while remaining focused and calm under pressure.
  • Must be dependable in attendance and punctuality
  • Follow procedures and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in computer navigation including Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills, verbally and written

Qualifications:

Education:


  • Successful completion of High School curriculum or GED. Some college preferred, not required.
  • One to twoyear minimum banking and cash handling experience preferred

Experience:


  • One year customer service experience in a contact center environment and/or 2+ years financial services experience. Member relationship building experience preferred, not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional movements throughout the day to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
  • Corrected vision & hearing within the normal range
  • May require lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate standard office equipment

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
