Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate patient financing options and provide patients with clear, transparent financial information
  • Assist patients with documentation and paperwork related to their treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure that the financial aspects of treatment plans align with patient needs and expectations
  • Articulate and convey information to both patients and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner, embodying the essence of our esteemed dental practice
  • Extend a warm and gracious welcome to our patients, fostering an environment that radiates positivity and comfort
  • Ensure each patient departs with a fond farewell and their next appointment securely scheduled, emphasizing the seamless continuum of their care

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes

  • Previous receptionist experience within the Dental Reception field
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Bilingual skills (Creole and/or Spanish) are preferred and considered a valuable bonus
