Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient financing options and provide patients with clear, transparent financial information
- Assist patients with documentation and paperwork related to their treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure that the financial aspects of treatment plans align with patient needs and expectations
- Articulate and convey information to both patients and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner, embodying the essence of our esteemed dental practice
- Extend a warm and gracious welcome to our patients, fostering an environment that radiates positivity and comfort
- Ensure each patient departs with a fond farewell and their next appointment securely scheduled, emphasizing the seamless continuum of their care

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes
- Previous receptionist experience within the Dental Reception field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual skills (Creole and/or Spanish) are preferred and considered a valuable bonus
