- Thoroughly verify dental insurance details upon patients' arrival, facilitating a seamless and informed billing process
- Articulate and convey information to both patients and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner, embodying the essence of our esteemed dental practice

- Previous Medical Reception experience, with a focus on patient hospitality
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English
