- Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on financial indicators (for example: balance sheet, accounts receivables, account coding and charging, cash flow, budgets, GL, P&L, statistical data and reserves) in support of system-wide corporate financial activities.
- Reports on results on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Tracks and reports on variances between demand planning forecasts, in stock inventories and purchase orders. Reports discrepancies to Sr. Vice President.
- Designs, develops and modifies financial systems and procedures as needed after approval from Sr. Vice President.
- Responsible for maintaining databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance to departmental policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
- Engage and collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders on driving finance transformation initiatives
- Participate in the development and documenting of business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Must possess strong communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), local laws and industry-specific regulations. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is desirable.
- Must be technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems as needed and be thoroughly familiar with QuickBooks.
- Advance spreadsheet skills (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookup, H-lookup) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed required.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in accounting or finance.
- C.P.A. credential highly desirable.
