- Deliver comprehensive financial support to plant management teams.
- Track project capital and expenses with meticulous detail.
- Oversee financial operations for multiple plants as the position evolves.
- Review, analyze, and approve all project and facility maintenance spending.
- Develop and manage monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate in developing plant bills of materials, routings, and standards.
- Drive the development and implementation of efficient financial operating plans for the plants.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports, including month-end reports and project updates.
- Partner with teams to resolve system issues and support the integration of new plants into SAP.
- Reconcile relevant general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Continuously improve financial processes and procedures for both projects and ongoing plant operations.
- Conduct financial and strategic analyses to enable data-driven business decisions and investments.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and working capital improvement opportunities.
- Participate in plant/project procurement activities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in cost accounting and/or a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with computer proficiency.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ability to travel occasionally (0-10 days per year).
