Our client, an organization with a strong reputation in their industry is looking to add a Financial Analyst to join their team due to growth. Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

Preparation of annual budget models, cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet forecasts.
Conduct monthly budget variance analysis and identify areas of focus
Prepare monthly customer trend reports
Review key financial ratios and loan covenant compliance
Special projects as instructed by Director and Managing Partner

Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst

Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
3-7 years of proven experience in reporting and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup), seamlessly write and combine formulas like sumifs, sumproduct, index, create graphs, etc.
Attention to detail and accuracy critical
Strong communication skills and desire to interact with clients periodically
Comfortable working in a small office environment
