- Meet with new team members every 2-3 weeks for the first 90 days of their employment to answer questions/concerns regarding job functions as well as provide guidance and feedback on performance
- Act as a resource for team members and have the ability to answer questions timely and accurately
- Collaborate with the station training team to provide feedback and continuously improve training
- Build productive working relationships with new hires to support their success and development
- Provide clarity and understanding of company policies such as attendance and safety
- Ensure new team members understand work schedules, the process of bidding in a union work environment and shift trading
- Explain career path options at McGee and provide guidance to support new team member growth and promotion
- Assist station leadership with building strong working relationships with new team members
- Provide consistent, thoughtful, relevant feedback to help ensure future success
- Demonstrate multicultural competence (and maintain an educational and work environment that affirms commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and Pride at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- A minimum of one (1) year of supervisor level experience in the airline industry required
- Previous experience coaching and mentoring team members on performance related issues required
- Skilled in all aspects of aircraft servicing, loading, baggage and cargo handling
- Proven ability to successfully interact with team members and leadership in a fast paced and often rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional relationship-builder and able to interact with the target audience of managers, team members and others
