Your responsibilities:
As an HR People Development Specialist (m/w/d), you will be the internal expert for all People Development topics.

You will advise and coach managers at all levels in the BAUHAUS Service Center in Germany on People Development matters and support their development.

You will develop, design, implement, and manage strategic HR and leadership development tools, such as employee conversations, career paths, etc.

You will lead workshops and trainings for managers and employees.

You will also be responsible for designing and managing various projects (e.g. competency models) and play a crucial role in the development of our concepts and strategies, as well as the implementation of new measures.

Your profile:
Degree in Business Psychology, Business Education, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.

Several years of experience in HR development/leadership development or HR Learning & Development, coaching/training.

Previous
