- Identify system glitches and proactively catch and address any root cause to eliminate the issue.
- Validate sufficient environment resource and capacity on the system to avoid any user interruption.
- Maintain vendor and customer relationship for all the vendor product licenses.
- Validate release and deployment configuration and assist application teams in deploying the code successfully.
- Ensure that the system alerts are configured and monitored in adherence with capacity.
- Ensure system builders/Infrastructure owners are validated and updated for inventory purposes in the system.
- Configure DevOps implementation through CI/CD pipeline for seamless automatic deployments in all lower and higher environments.
- Enable infrastructure as code for speed and consistency.
- Seven (7) years of software engineering experience.
- Five (5) years of experience with Java technologies.
- Four (4) years of experience with Oracle, SQL, or Mongo DB.
- Five (5) years of experience with Unix, Linux, or Windows OS.
- Four (4) years of experience with Dev-Ops tools including Bamboo, Bitbucket, Artifactory, or Argo CD.
- Five (5) years of experience with JAVA, J2EE, UNIX shell scripting, or Python scripting.
- Four (4) years of experience with containerization software products including RedHat OpenShift and OpenShift Service Mesh.
- Five (5) years of experience using monitoring tools including Splunk, Introscope, SQL Sentry, or Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
