We offer you the position of Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our Customer Center in Frankfurt am Main, with a contract until March 31, 2024.


Your challenges will include:

  • Handling personal and written customer inquiries with a holistic perspective in our Service Center, providing dedicated and independent advice on Mainova AG's products and services.
  • Finding quick and appropriate solutions for our customers, establishing good customer relationships, and ensuring longterm customer loyalty (tariff advice, churn prevention).
  • Ensuring excellent service and process quality and actively participating in continuous improvement processes.
  • Implementing sales measures to improve sales efficiency and brand positioning, such as customer recommendations for tariffs, energy service products, referrals, and trade fair visits. You will also support process optimization to ensure service and quality standards.
  • Supporting the operational implementation of system tests within the existing system competence and scope.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, with some work experience.
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for customer contact.
  • Strong service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork.
