We are currently seeking a
Consultant (m/f/d) for Payroll Accounting for the Department of Business and Finance, Commercial Administration Services, to start as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position with 39 hours/week


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing and leading a team of eleven employees in payroll accounting
  • Crossdepartmental exchange and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing digital processes
  • Maintaining good and close relationships with clients
  • Developing existing services in the context of constantly changing legal and collective bargaining requirements
  • Coordinating tasks in payroll accounting

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a social insurance clerk, tax clerk, or equivalent qualification (m/f/d)
  • Confident demeanor and leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in payroll accounting and company pension schemes (BVK and other insurers)
  • Knowledge of AVR (Guidelines for Employment Contracts in the Institutions of the German Caritas Association) desirable
  • Proficient in using MC-Office standard applications
  • Advanced digital skills and knowledge
  • Willingness to regularly attend training and share acquired knowledge with the team
  • Customeroriented
  • Identification with the goals of Caritas and its Christian
