    TikTok is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform products that make online advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes.

    This role will specifically focus on building products that foster advertiser growth within TikTok Ads Manager.


    Responsibilities:

    • Drive product vision, strategy, development, and execution for ads platform products
    • Build advertising solutions that make the creation experience more efficient for our small and medium businesses. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements, and data analysis.
    • Work with engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research, and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.
    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or relevant experience in the technical space.
    • 5+ years of experience in growthfocused product management roles.
    • 1+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring Product Managers.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally in a highly collaborative environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience building campaign management platforms or advertiser selfservice tools.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $51000 annually.


    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
