Responsibilities:


  • We provide everything needed for the job
  • Preparation and sending of invoices.
  • Contacting clients for payment resolution.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements.
  • Recording and reconciling payments.
  • Resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Maintaining billing accounts and records.

Qualifications:


  • An exceptional work ethic
  • A strong attendance record
  • A commitment to maintaining highquality standard
  • Ability to pass drug screening and a background check
  • High School Diploma or GED, some college
  • Fluent with technology
  • Quickbooks Experience is a Plus
