Position :
Entry Level Analyst/ Fresh Graduates

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to local cultures.
Detailoriented and committed to maintaining data accuracy.
Analytical mindset and the ability to make independent decisions.
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in computer usage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication Skills-Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills while collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with local cultures is a plus.
2. Computer Proficiency-Demonstrate a strong command of computer skills, including proficiency in using standard office software and tools.

Task Management- Possess the ability to understand and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities consistently, meeting established timelines and exceeding personal standards.

4. Data Accuracy- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows within the assigned process. Conduct quarterly result reviews and maintain comprehensive records.
5.

Independence and Work Ethic:

Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

6. Analytical Thinking- Demonstrate analytical thinking skills to analyze data and situations, enabling independent decision-making when required.
7. Team Collaboration-Foster a team-oriented approach, actively contributing to a solution-oriented attitude within the team while addressing challenges.
