- Providing timely submission of progress reports, forecasts, quotations, and pipeline development efforts.
- Supporting the development of marketing plans to appeal to a global customer base, aiding in sales and profit objectives.
- Participating in both product and pipeline development strategy sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.
- Proven experience in BPO sales and a background in selling solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing trusted relationships with C-suite executives.
- Possess an established network of contacts and relationships within the market.
- Advanced knowledge of BPO Sales and relationship management processes.
- 10+ years of proven experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide sales and account management.
- Staying informed about macroeconomic factors, media coverage, market trends, and changes to create successful customer engagements.
- Ability to collaborate with delivery organizations to provide added value.
- Skill in uncovering new opportunities within large accounts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives, both internally and externally.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000.
