If you join us as a Career Planning Counselor , you will complement our team's college admissions and college finance suite of services by creating brand new educational materials to support college-age students with career exploration and planning. Here is a glimpse into what your role will entail:

What you will be doing:

• Developaseminarandsupportingmaterialstointroduceabroadaudienceofcollegestudents and their families to career exploration and planning.
• Deliverexpertisethroughphonecounselingsessionsandseminarsrelatedtoallaspectsofthe major and career exploration process (including guiding students through reflection and career inventories, understanding and leveraging resources within their college and community, andmanagingexpectationsandgoals)
• Provideactionablefeedbackonstudentresumesandessays
• Connectwithadiversegroupofstudentsandparentsatvarioussocioeconomiclevelsandhelp them successfully navigate their path from college to career
• CollaboratewithcoachingstaffacrossEdAdvisoryforcareerplanningsupport

• Bachelor's DegreeinEducation,Communication,orrelatedfield desired (A minimum of 3 additionalyearsofexperience wouldbeconsideredinlieuoftheapplicable degree)

Compensation Range:

The annual salary range for this role is: $86,000 - $96,000
