To strengthen our HR team, we are currently looking for a full-time Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Beaver Dam, IN.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • As a sparring partner for our managers, you will manage the entire recruitment process in the DACH region
  • You will approach target groupspecific candidates through social and career networks (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • You will be the single point of contact for applicants, interested parties, and departments
  • You will support and advise departments on recruiting strategies
  • You will represent Axians as an employer at recruiting events and act as a recruiting ambassador for the company at talent fairs, taking care of organization
  • You will actively contribute to the implementation, further development, and optimization of our modern recruiting processes and search strategies
  • You will build and maintain a network and actively manage relationships

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Experience in active recruiting and ideally a strong interest in new ICT technologies
  • Enjoyment of personnel research, including proactive approach and development of creative recruiting ideas
  • Proficient use of various sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques
  • Good sense for talent and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Handson mentality and willingness to actively develop and drive the recruiting area forward
  • Likeable and confident appearance
  • Very good German language skills
