Employee*in Donation Service (m/f/d) Information In our Donation Service team, we are looking to fill the position of Employee*in Donation Service (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) and initially limited to 2 years

Your tasks:
Answering standard inquiries and individual concerns from donors and interested parties via telephone, email, and mail, both on administrative topics and on development policy issues, current humanitarian crises, and the role of Save the Children in these contexts Regular recording of new contact and donation data and timely updating of donor data in our CRM database (Salesforce)

Regular maintenance and cleansing of data Responsibility for standardized mass mailings Creation and sending of donation receipts Creation and updating of email and letter templates Documentation and updating of work processes Close collaboration with colleagues from the specialist departments:
data management, fundraising, child protection, international programs Representation of the organization at check handovers Your skills and experience: A high affinity for data Enjoyment of telephone work A work style characterized by diligence and concentration Confident handling of software solutions in communication, knowledge management, and data storage (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, OneNote, etc.) Professionalism, friendliness, and service orientation in dealing with our donors and interested parties Independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility Experience with databases is an advantage Work experience in customer service or activities with a high proportion of oral and written communication is desirable Identification with the goals and topics of Save the Children Interest in humanitarian and development
