WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

As the Deputy Department Manager in the fashion department of Oberpollinger, you will work hand in hand with our Department Manager to provide the best possible support for our team of 40 sales associates.

You will play a crucial role in creating an excellent shopping experience and contribute to ensuring that our customers return to us time and time again.

Your exciting tasks include:

Monitoring your team's performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting individual employee coaching sessions to help them reach their full potential
Using your sense for exceptional customer service to ensure that our Women's Fashion (Contemporary, Designer, Shoes) department is staffed with knowledgeable and competent sales associates for brands such as Sandro, Maje, and Max Mara
Working closely with the Department Manager to prepare performance evaluations and goalsetting meetings
Utilizing your creativity and organizational skills to plan and execute exciting customer events and sales promotions
Playing an active role in our customer loyalty program (Oberpollinger Card) aimed at rewarding and delighting our loyal customers

THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in the upscale fashion industry and in leadership positions
Strong affinity for fashion trends and a passion for a highend brand environment
High level of sensitivity and empathy in dealing with customers and employees
Organizational and processoriented mindset
Fluent in German and very good English skills for communication with our customers
