    Payward Operations LLC (dba Kraken) seeks Data Analytics Lead in San Francisco, CA


    Incls:
    this is a fully remote role. Looking for data analytics lead to play key role in driving decision making in bldg cutting-edge products at kraken. Transform lrg datasets from complex sys's, generate actionable insights & share results w/stakeholders at all levels of co. Partner & lead projects w/product mgmt, eng'g, client engagement, finance & other enterprise level teams. Master's or equiv in CS, MIS or rel plus 4 yrs exp in job offered or in rel occupation.


    Must have following skills:
    Data warehouse technologies or relevant data modeling best practices; data visualization tools (e.g. tableau or power bi); data wrangling tools or scripting languages (e.g. python or sql); project & workstream mgmt tools (e.g. wrike, confluence or jira). Employer will accept any amount of prof'l exp w/req'd skills.

    Payward Operations LLC (dba Kraken) is an EOE. $186,846 - $250,000 Offers Equity Offers Bonus. This is the target annual salary range for this role. This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, & other benefits [US Only] (incl medical, dental, vision & 401(k)). The compensation range provided is influenced by various factors & represents initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic & we strive to ensure that our base salary & total compensation package aligns & recognizes top talent we aim to attract & retain. The compensation package of the successful candidate is based on various factors such as their skillset, exp, & job scope.
