I work as an Institutional Research Analyst at the UC Office of the President - Institutional Research and Academic Planning. I lead survey administrations of the largest UC undergraduate survey - UC Undergraduate Experience Survey. I report survey results using visualization and conduct survey research to meet needs of different clients and stakeholders. I also work on all other sorts of data from different sources on student admissions, enrollment, and outcomes, linking these data to the survey data for inferential or casual analysis.
