HR Specialist Projects & Analytics (m/f/d) / temporary parental leave replacement:

People & Culture (HR)
YOUR TASKS

  • Participation in the conception, implementation, and coordination of HR projects and taking on own HR projects
  • Creation of reports and analyses
  • Coordination and execution of national compensation processes (e.g. collective salary increases, bonus payments)
  • Development of communication strategies and measures as well as presentations
  • Taking on special topics in the HR field

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics or comparable
  • First professional experience in HR or controlling desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Excellent Excel skills
