Amoria Bond is looking for an experienced Project Manager (M/F/D) to support our clients in the implementation of Salesforce in Waurika, OK.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Salesforce in various organizations and a deep understanding of the processes and requirements of sales, marketing, and customer service teams.


Conditions:

  • Start: June 2023
  • End: June 2024 with option for extension
  • Volume: 45 days per week
  • Location: Munich / 60% remote

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating and monitoring a detailed project plan and ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing systems and processes and identifying areas where Salesforce can be implemented to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Creating requirement specifications and conducting workshops with internal teams to ensure that Salesforce meets the needs of all departments.
  • Working closely with the development and implementation team to ensure that Salesforce is properly configured and implemented.
  • Conducting testing and training to ensure that all employees are able to fully utilize the Salesforce platform.
  • Monitoring and controlling the project budget and resource requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Salesforce in companies of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and various modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in monitoring project budgets and adhering to timelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
