- Monitor all visitors using the video and intercom systems, adhering to security protocols
- Accept special deliveries and manage mail procedures, including USPS
- Take messages, schedule appointments, and direct callers as necessary
- Record relevant call information accurately
- Prepare various documents such as memos, reports, and correspondence
- Guide clients to appropriate services
- Offer support to visually impaired clients and families with empathy
- Provide information on blindness and low vision
- Assist with translation for staff when required

We are looking for a full-time bilingual receptionist to join our Vision Rehabilitation Services Team.
Metrolina Association for the Blind, Inc., has been supporting individuals with blindness and visual impairment since 1934.
We are seeking a receptionist who is adaptable, comfortable with a diverse community, and has strong people/service skills. This is a full-time position with year-round benefits.
