    Job DescriptionSome of your responsibilities as a Marketing Representative with New Age Marketing includes the following:

    Attending daily marketing strategy and planning meetingsPeer mentorship and team buildingContinued education in marketing techniques and client campaign development/ promotional knowledgeMeeting with new and prospective clients as well as their customer baseCreating and exploring marketing/branding opportunities in order to develop a customized marketing plan and execute from start to finish under the supervision and with regular evaluation periods.

    Building and maintaining new client relationshipsRepresenting client brands in a professional mannerPromoting multiple marketing campaigns and managing client accountsOur team-oriented environment and high standards for excellence are conducive to unlimited professional and personal growth.

    College Degree preferred, or in process of completionStrong desire to exceed expectations; you are competitive and like to winStudent mentality; willingness to learn and eager to seek knowledge from professional mentorsStrong interpersonal communication skills; you have the ability to genuinely connect with diverse personality types with a personal, one-on-one approachHigh level of emotional intelligence; the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

    Entry Level Marketing Representatives are paid hourly with additional weekly client bonuses.
    Additional informationMAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREASImplementation of marketing & campaign plans, including product positioning, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights.
    Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.

    Marketing opportunity for revenueOverseeing the sales pipeline, meeting and over achieving sales expectationsProvide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.

    Responsible for branding, advertising, promotional materials, and company eventsWork with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success storiesAdditional InformationPlease Be Advised:
