    Nous cherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca un Project Manager Cash Management, Trade Finance & Swift disposant de profil transversal sur chacun de ces domaines avec une forte compréhension des enjeux métiers, des impacts business et une connaissance fonctionnelle et transversale du Cash Management, du Trade Finance et des Swifts.

    Missions:

    • Coordonner et assurer la réalisation dans les délais de programmes ou projets relatifs au Cash Management, au Trade Finance et aux Swifts (règlementaires ou non)
    • Définir et animer une gouvernance claire et partagée de niveau des entités du périmètre (préparation des supports, publication d'un ordre du jour, animation, élaboration et diffusion du compte rendu de réunion, suivi des actions)
    • Participer et contribuer pour le compte client aux différents comités au niveau du groupe
    • Définir et faire valider une stratégie de mise à niveau du SI des entités du périmètre tenant compte du contexte spécifique de chacune et de contraintes variées
    • Définir et accompagner les entités du périmètre dans la stratégie de tests métier grâce à sa bonne compréhension en enjeux business et sa connaissance métier et fonctionnelle de l'activité
    • Piloter les différentes phases du projet avec production des livrables attendus selon la méthodologie de gestion des projets du groupe
    • Mettre en place la comitologie avec toutes les entités du périmètre concernés et veiller à leur bonne implication et à donner de la visibilité sur l'avancement du projet
    • Conduire une analyse d'impact (organisationnelle, SI, ...) des projets au niveau des entités du périmètre et mettre en place les actions nécessaires avec elles afin de couvrir l'ensemble des domaines impactés une fois la solution livrée
    • Assurer les fonctions de Chef de Projet ou de Programmes en fonction des besoins de l'organisation et de la gouvernance qui sera retenue
    • Participer à l'accompagnement et à la montée en compétences des nouvelles recrues spécifiquement sur les domaines du Cash Management, du Trade Finance et des Swifts, et plus largement sur ses domaines de compétences
    • Coordonner et piloter les actions de différentes équipes géographiquement éloignées sur des sujets de Change ou Run sur le périmètre Corporate
    • Gestion du budget sur les projets/chantiers à sa charge avec une mise à jour périodique du Forecast

    Profil Recherché:

    • Chef de Projets, Directeur de Programmes Senior ou Expert sur le Cash Management (outils et services de bases) et le Trade Finance ou les Swifts (ISO20022, Confirmation GPI, Standards releases Swift)
    • Gestion de projets (cycle en V ou cascade) depuis l'opportunité jusqu'à clôture, y compris la gestion du budget correspondant

    NB : Séniorité ou Expertise prise en compte uniquement sur les domaines Cash Management, Trade Finance et Swifts
