    Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Operator with experience in warehousing.     Responsibilities

    • Set up and run plastic injection molding machines
    • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
    • Troubleshoot and resolve machine and quality issues
    • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
    • Maintain and clean machinery
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
    • Meet daily production goals and deadlines

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
    • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
    • must pass Back Ground Check

    $17.00/hr +$4.00 daily perfect attendance bonus (2nd shift)
