    Description
    Our client is looking for an Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Tulsa Area.

    This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to both ground up and interior renovation construction within light industrial, commercial interiors, retail, restaurants, and PEMB.

    It is a mid-sized General Contractor with a stable pipeline of diverse projects.

    This construction firm has been in business for over 5 years and values culture and career development in its employees.

    The Commercial Project Manager - Construction will:Minimum of five (5) year's experience managing multiple commercial projects up to $10 million.

    Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.


    Computer Skills Required:
    Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to create material take-offs.
    College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.
