    Account Manager Trainee

    In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruiting efforts and the sales functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass:

    • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a comprehensive array of sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates across online platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific resources.
    • Compelling Outreach: Craft targeted and persuasive communication to capture the attention of qualified individuals and effectively showcase our company culture and open positions.
    • Relationship Cultivation: Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, fostering a strong talent pool for future recruitment initiatives.
    • Recruiting: Will shadow and learn every step of the recruitment life cycle by providing talent within IT and Engineering skillsets to various industries within our client portfolio
    • Sales and Marketing: Will shadow and learn every step of the sales life cycle, including marketing function, to help grow our scaling business.
    • Continuous Learning: Embrace a growth mindset and stay abreast of emerging recruiting trends and technologies to optimize our talent acquisition efforts.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise messaging.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to partner to achieve organizational goals.
    • A strong desire to learn new skills, leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
    Training Program: The first 6 months will be an in-depth training program led by our executive team, which has 75 years of experience building high-growth teams. After 6 months, you will move into a Recruiting, Account Management, or Account Executive role based on performance and your desired professional growth.

    Compensation: Base salary plus bonuses during training period. After the training period, you will receive a base salary raise and a commission program that varies based on your role.
