    Description
    Product Engineer

    Sanborn Technologies is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of centrifuge, membrane separation and aeration mixing systems for industrial and municipal process applications.


    We have an immediate opening for a Product Engineer to join our team to support the development and production of customized system designs and provide our customers with technical support.

    This position will
    Support sales function to assess process and application inquiries and evaluate inquiry feasibility.
    Partner with manufacturing to support assembly, testing, product inspection, through to ensuring shipping requirements are met.
    Provide support post sale in collaboration with field services
    Engineer chemical process and design changes post sale to improve system function.
    Source and quote on component purchasing to support system development
    Coordinate and maintain documentation for items such as: O&M manuals, drawings, and schematics.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering preferred.
    Understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
    Ability to read and interpret fabrication, machining, assembly, and other related schematics and drawings.
    Excellence in creativity, critical thinking and analytical skills.
    Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
    Experience with an ERP system (Workwise ERP preferred)
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
