    Seeking a Business Development Executive to do full cycle sales in the facilities management space. Must have Industry experience in Commercial Facilities or Commercial Cleaning Services Sales.


    The Business Development Representative's main objective is to actively seek new sales opportunities or new clients through relationships with potential clients, seeking their satisfaction and long-term commitment.

    To do this, the ideal candidate must carry out market studies to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.


    SUMMARY:

    The Business Development Representative is responsible for carrying out the design, implementation, and monitoring of the commercial plan corresponding to its area of responsibility (sector/account/territory), adapting facility maintenance and aviation services according to the commercial strategy defined by the Company, to enhance the achievement of the objectives of profitability, market presence, and sales volume.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    include the following, but are not limited to:

    Effectively build and manage relationships with existing customers and potential new clients and facilitate growth strategy for the company
    Work with customers on negotiating and executing new contracts or any changes to existing services.

    Analyze the current and future commercial development needs of the Company's products, examining commercial deficiencies in the different sectors to establish the different commercial actions to follow.

    Ensure that all sales opportunities and customer information are properly captured, tracked, and updated as required
    Carry out market analysis in your area and commercial prospecting, obtaining the necessary information to understand local opportunities for new business, and develop compelling proposals to retain existing business

    Carry out the planning and execution of commercial actions according to the plan agreed by Management for its clients and/or assigned sector, visiting potential clients, analyzing needs, and presenting the services offered by the Company thus increasing business volume.

    Coordinate the negotiation of prices and commercial conditions between those responsible for the operating account and existing clients as well as with those responsible for the offer in the case of new clients, providing the necessary information and seeking to achieve short and medium objectives, and long-term to maximize the benefit for the Company and the client.
