POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Talent Center Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, Members, and vendors visiting the Fontainebleau Talent Center.
This position will provide a positive and welcoming experience to all individuals interacting with the talent center by handling front desk operations, administrative tasks, and support recruitment activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Talent Center from candidate arrival to candidate department to include, culture auditions, talent center flow, and the end-to-end organization of hiring events
Greet and welcome candidates, visitors, and Members in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in candidates, assign culture audition groups, provide, name badges, and direct candidates to waiting area
Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and provide general information
Check-in candidates and ensure they are appropriately guided through the talent center flow
Answer inquiries about the talent acquisition process and upcoming recruitment events
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews when needed, ensuring a smooth and organized process
Assist with administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
Support recruiters and coordinators with various tasks to facilitate recruitment processes
Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and Members
Assist candidates with technology-related issues, such as login support for recruitment platforms
Assist candidates with the application process, including the enrollment in the background check platform
Coordinate with IT support for resolution of technical challenges
Collaborate with security personnel when needed
Continuously seek ways to enhance the visitor experience at the talent center
Gather feedback and suggestions for improvement
Ensure all areas of the Talent Center are prepped and ready for the next day
Coordinate pre-boarding packets and folders
Assist recruiters with candidate dispositioning in Paradox when requested
Prepare interview packets and job fair collateral for upcoming hiring events
Stock café and Talent Center kitchen with relevant items including, water, coffee, office supplies, etc.
Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in handling high-traffic events or busy environments
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as hotels or conference centers
Ability to build and maintain relationships with Members, community organizations, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance job fair participation and success
Proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse group of job seekers is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts or challenges diplomatically
Ability to work collaboratively with other Members to ensure a positive work environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing event dynamics, unexpected challenges, or last-minute adjustments
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Company's appearance policy
Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude everyday
Effective time management skills to handle tasks efficiently and ensure smooth operations at the check-in desk
Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners
Work in a fast-paced, busy, and engaging environment, while maintaining excellent customer service skills
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
