Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) with potential for team leadership
Wild Distillery and Winery is a modern family-owned business located in Gengenbach in the Black Forest.

We produce premium brandies, liqueurs, whisky, gin, rum, vodka, and wines with great passion and craftsmanship, placing high value on quality.

To strengthen and further develop our growing company, we are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) with an attached operational purchasing role, with the prospect of leading this department in the medium term.


What to expect:


  • Order acceptance and processing (creation of delivery notes, shipping documents, and invoices) in the B2B sector
  • Support, advice, and initial contact with our partners and customers in writing and over the phone
  • Coordination with freight forwarders and shipping service providers
  • Handling of customer complaints, or forwarding them to the appropriate department
  • Maintenance of master data, recording of inflows and outflows, and bottling in the warehouse and tax warehouse in the ERP system
  • Operational purchasing and processing of order transactions
  • Preparation and support in price and contract negotiations, as well as optimization of purchasing and delivery strategy
  • General office management (telephone, correspondence, mail, Amazon warehouse management, etc.)
  • In addition, you will also be involved in various projects
